I am originally from Colombia, South America, graduated from Medical School and Ophthalmology in Colombia. Moved to the US in 1998.

Hablo español. Je parle Français. I also speak Spanish and French. As a REALTOR® I combine my passion to help people with my experience as a business owner/manager.

My business is based on a personal approach, and communication (available 7 days a week), offering all the necessary information to both home buyers and sellers, including a step-by-step guidance of the transaction process, so they can make an informed decision, and they are aware of the market trends. I listen to your specific requirements and create a business relationship based on honesty and trust, staying in touch with you well after the transaction has closed.

Rosa is a fantastic realtor! I stumbled across her site while looking for houses in Florida, and I'm very glad I did! I know she has other clients, but she makes you feel like you are her one and only special/ most important client. She is very interested in what you are looking for in a house, she listens, and is very responsive to your questions and needs. We were not sure where we wanted to purchase a house in Florida, but we kept getting houses that matched our filters in an area that was far away from Rosa. When Rosa realized we were having most of our questions outside the area that she knows very well, she looked out for what our needs were. She felt it was best that we had a realtor that knew the area and could look at the houses and answer all of our questions. She actually took the time to interview multiple realtors to find us the right one! Rosa set us up with another excellent realtor, while staying available for anything we needed. I highly recommend Rosa to help you on your home search journey!I also want to add, at one point there was a house we were interested, but it had some issues. Rosa told us “I personally wouldn’t feel comfortable buying this property”. This is the type of realtor you want!
